Killian Glendon FIRP

Killian started his recruitment journey in London, sourcing IT professionals for major blue chip clients with a focus on network personnel and the development of new business opportunities.  After being headhunted himself from within the telecoms sector, he went on to found his own highly successful consultancy in Ireland, working exclusively with a select set of clients based in the Austrian, German, Dutch and Swiss markets.

Following the identification of a gap in the Spanish market, within two years Killian had established the first multi-disciplined recruitment consultancy on the Costa del Sol.  Wemploy quickly became the most successful agency in Gibraltar and southern Spain, and it seemed a natural progression then to open a bespoke business concentrating on the retained market within the financial sector.  And so Veritas Executive Search was born, servicing an elite client base across Europe seeking to source the best senior individuals within Banking, Insurance, FS and Risk.
